Cancellation

Any reservations made over the phone, through our website, or on any online travel agencies must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to your confirmed arrival to avoid any charges. If failure to notify us or cancel online in a timely manner, the full amount of the reservation will be charged and is non-refundable. 

 

Check-in / Check-out Times

Check-in is between 3:00pm and 10:00pm.

Early and late check-ins can be accommodated with advance notice. If your arrival time is after 10:00pm please call the property and we will provide further instructions on how to access your room. 

 

Pets & Service Animals

We are a dog friendly property! Pet fees include a $35 per night increase. Please call the property directly to reserve a pet friendly room. 

• Dogs must not be left alone in the guest rooms. 

• A condition of reserving a room with us, you agree to pay a fee of $150 if your animal causes any damage, or stains in the room. 

 

Non-Smoking

We have implemented a strict non-smoking policy on our property. Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms and common spaces. In accordance with our non-smoking policy, guests found to be smoking in prohibited areas will be subject to a charge of $200. This charge is intended to cover the costs associated with deep cleaning and restoring the affected areas to their original condition.
